Our Story

My name is Carley Gabrielle, and I am the founder and CEO of God’s Priority, a Christian clothing brand born out of a deep personal journey. In November 2022, during my freshman year of college, I faced the temptations many young adults experience—partying, drinking, and giving in to worldly desires. Although I never abandoned my faith, these choices left me feeling lost, insecure, and ashamed. In the midst of this season, God planted the vision for God’s Priority in my heart, reminding me through Psalm 37:4 to “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

 

As I pursued this dream, I encountered obstacles—both in business and in my spiritual walk. Struggling with sin, I doubted my ability to represent Christ authentically. I even delayed pursuing the dream, distracted by other ventures and paralyzed by feelings of inadequacy. However, through God's grace and the support of my brother, I was reminded that “obedience is better than sacrifice.” God wasn’t asking for perfection, just my obedience.

By December 2023, during a Bible study, I finally surrendered. God spoke to me, reassuring me that I didn’t need to be perfect to fulfill His calling. In February 2024, I fully submitted to His will, and with His grace, I began walking in obedience. God’s Priority isn’t just a clothing brand—it’s a testament to the power of surrender and obedience to God's calling. I hope our story inspires others to step out in faith and trust that God will use their journey for His glory. Remember, God doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called.
